    The motor-driven blade crusher operates by rotating the blade holder and moving blade at high speed. The system features a precise 0.1-0.2mm gap between the fixed and moving blades. During operation, these blades perform relative slicing motions to process materials into sheets. The crushed output achieves a semi-finished sheet size of 5-22mm before passing through a sieve for final size standardization.
